Shipping policy

Custom orders are generally processed within 7-10 business days from the order date depending on the current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Trendy Customs is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email or text (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance. Please note that these timeframes start after our processing time.
